Our bodies contain vast and deep intelligence.
The kind of intelligence that is way beyond mind’s boxes of identification and laid out systems.
Is is the intelligence of our intuition, our felt senses, and our primal instinctual nature.
It is the intelligence that is connected to the greater God Source of life.
The kind of intelligence that we so greatly need to guide us into this next phase of humanity’s journey on earth.
Through more fully inhabiting our body and sensual nature,
we experience more of the connected and magical intelligence of Source.
We experience more of our true soul essence.
Like a well of wisdom, it pours into our lives.

We meet in this Deep Body Temple space for guided embodiment journeys.
We will be moving & dancing to a curated playlist, while I gently guide you with my voice to drop deeper into your body and senses.
These temple journeys are a space where our bodies get the chance to speak freely. In their circles and spirals, in unexplainable motions and movements.
Our bodies get to speak from the inside out.
Moving beyond patterns of domestication of how the body ‘should’ move, and is conditioned to move, we experience the deeper layers of our body's authentic expression.
This kind of embodiment journey allows the wisdom of our
bodies to express. To be felt and known.
These journeys are an opportunity to connect with yourself and your deeper landscapes through direct embodied experience. Not just me telling you about your womb, but you actually feeling your womb and experiencing what is true and alive for you there.
We all love information. Knowledge is amazing, and such a crucial part of our journey. But, collecting more information is not embodiment.
This is a space for integration.
To let the body express and process what it needs as we move through this threshold from deep serpent shedding, into the gallop of the fire horse.
These deep body journeys intent to bring you deeper into connection with
the sensual aliveness within.
To experience sensual aliveness, we must go into our body.
We have to contact the places that are numb or frozen. The places we have neglected or disconnected from.
The places where we hardened, creating layers of bulk density to protect and shield ourselves.
We also get to go into the places of great magic and medicine
we have yet to discover...
Touching into the deeper parts of ourselves, we contact our true power.
We awakening the FIRE of our passion and purpose.
So we can move with inspired energy toward that which we care deeply about.
Toward that which we yearn to create.

~ Serpent Medicine ~
I think we can all agree this year has been a relentless journey of stripping away that which no longer fits. Letting go of all of the layers of things that cannot move forward with us into the new visions of sanctuary within our lives
A completing of cycles in the most epic of proportions.
I don't know a single person who has not felt the immensity of this medicine move through their lives this year.
Serpent is a master of this shedding and renewal process. It is one of the reasons they are associated with vitality and long life. The shedding is essential for longevity, as to create health and wellness into the future, we must know how to let go of that which is decaying and no longer serving the thriving of life.
Serpent is also connected to venom and wisdom of discerning what is true medicine and correct dosage that serves our growth and evolution. And what is poison and dosage that will toxify and weaken us.
In these last remaining weeks of this serpent year, this space is an offering of integration and embodiment. To make sure we give our bodies the space to fully process and harmonize all that has been alchemizing and shifting within our lives.
We can integrate and distill this serpentine wisdom and movements within our own bodies. To prepare us to ride the horse into the next year.
The first 3 classes are in the final weeks of the year of the Serpent. We will be delving into our Yin Currents, our Womb and Belly, and our Serpentine Spines. All places where this medicine of the Serpent will have pieces to reveal to us.
There is a depth and spaciousness here to be with WHAT IS and let our bodies speak and process on deep levels beyond our mind.
Fully releasing all that is needed, so we can step forward truly ready.
~ Horse Medicine ~
Galloping into fire horse year like yeeeeeaaaaaaaa.
Let's f*cking ride!!!
Buckle up cuz this next cycle is going to have some serious fire power and momentum forward.
BUT... in order to ride a horse well, or to even ride at all, we will need a high level of attunement in our bodies and systems! Lest we get bucked off that wild galloping horse real fast.
There can be a lot of chaos and burn out with high intensity fire energy, and the reserves of the yin serpent embodied and alchemized will serve us well to be centered and flexible enough to stay on the saddle.
Horse medicine is DEEPLY attuned. They are incredibly sensitive, empathic, oracular beings.
So to successfully ride the horse, we will need to be deeply attuned within our own systems and bodies. To wield this medicine well, it will require us to be in our bodies, and clear in our devotional direction for where we are headed and why.
The last 3 classes are in the beginning weeks of the Fire Horse Year. This is support for the attunement and presence within our vessels and our passions.
So we can use this momentum and endurance towards that which supports our anchoring and success of projects and visions that are of loving service to humanity and the earth.
Stepping into our brightness, inspiration, and courage to lead the way into a better future for all. With the benevolence of heart that is guiding our way.

YIN ATTUNEMENT
Slowing down and dropping in to the deeper currents alive and processing in our body. Being held in sanctuary and spaciousness to safely feel and metabolize all that is moving, melting, and letting go.
BELLY & WOMB
Touching down into the underbelly of our bodies and soma. Discovering what is still stuck or undigested in this space. Where is wanting presence and movement, touch and depth. Allowing these spaces to express and unwind, revealing their wisdom and magic.
SERPENTINE SPINE
Un-kinking and opening the undulations of primal organic energies flowing through our spine. Our backbody and central line of energy that is the background baseline of our soma. Attuning, releasing, and awakening our natural currents of spiraling fluidity.

Opening to the life force fire of passion within our hearts to bloom open. Allowing our desires and longings to be felt, known, and expanded within our beings. Nurturing and fueling that which we hold dear and know we are here to bring forward in courage and devotion.
UNICORN HORN & CROWN
Yes, we are brining in the unicorn medicine with the horse :) Known to naturally posses magical healing powers, we will connect to our own SOURCE codes moving through our crowns that weave us into cohesion with the greater powers of creation. This is attunement to Spirit and how the force of life wants to move and express through our vessels.
RIDING THE HORSE
Full body integration and cohesive attunement. Dancing and playing within the flames of fire and momentum. How to stay balanced and centered as we expand and ignite. Practicing your gallop and forward momentum with grace and full body aliveness.

Abigail is a Healing Practitioner, Oracle, Medicine Weaver, and Vocalist. Abigail is a wisdom keeper of feminine healing lineages, and bone deep ancestral medicines, that nourish the life-giving creative powers of the heart, womb, and soul. That nourish our ability to weave and co-create with God.
Her offerings are in devotion to honoring the holy and the beautiful within creation and humanity. Her offerings support women to come home to the sanctuary of their bodies and essence. Through hands-on ceremonial care, movement arts, holistic elemental health practices, and mystical tendings.
Her awakening path began with my womb. And since that opening, she has been drawn to pursue medicine that supports the womb, the breasts / heart, and the spirit of women. Medicine that had been largely forgotten, burned, buried, and certainly left out most of our educations.
She is the founder of Breast Health Sanctuary, a space that offers Breast Health Education, Trainings, and Breast Massage to women. So their breasts can be healthy and vital, free flowing in love for the future generations. She travels around the world offering trainings, education, and hands-on care.
Abigail is a vocalist and song carrier, sharing soulful medicine music from around the world, and her own intuited melodies. She walks with the Whales, and brings in their frequencies through her voice, singing their otherworldly songs and oceanic medicine music. She collaborates with them for sound medicine journeys, psychic clearings, and womb healing.
Abigail felt the call to come to her ancestral homelands of Scotland to support the revitalization of the lands and people. And to create sanctuary spaces of love, in co-creation with God and the mystical energies of these lands.
My embodiment lens and guided journeying is deeply inspired by and based in teachings of Intuitive Body & Dance and the Deep Body Model® by Stefana Serafina.
My extensive studies with Stefana deeply supported my yearning for the wildness of my feminine to have expression. To have space where my body could speak in her circles and spirals and unexplainable motions that were certainly not of the mind. She created space for me to access deep womb in my body. To let my body be free to speak from the inside. This has allowed me to walk more freely in my body ~ in my natural expression to move through life in more presence and deeply felt connection.
