🌿 Meditate while holding them

🌿 Bring them with you somewhere

🌿 Wear them / carry them on your body

🌿 Dance with them

🌿 Sing with them

🌿 Leave them out on your altar space or somewhere significant

in your home where you will see them

and can interact with them

Always L I S T E N to how they want to be worked with!

They will let you know :)

 Caring for your animal parts
and keeping their Spirit vital

Clearing ~ Cleansing ~ Revitalizing

🌬 Cleansing them in sacred plant smoke

💦 Spritzing a sacred plant spray like a hydrosol

👁 Visualizing / Imagining them receiving a clearing & healing

 🌿💧🔥 🌬 Utilizing the elementals 🌬🔥💧🌿

~ fire / sun

~ wild water

~ wind / breath

~ earth / dirt / grounding

Sometimes you need to put them to sleep...

~ Allowing their energy to rest and be contained ~

The animal parts love having their own homes!

You can wrap them in a sacred cloth,

put them in a special box or container,

or create some kind of home made just for them.

Respect their boundaries

Be conscious of who you let touch them,

when / where you bring them out

and how you work with them

~ Resources ~

~ CLAREIA ~

One of my favorite companies! Their luminous liquid light spray is amaaaaazing. They also have lots of other ethically sourced, high quality plants and medicines.

~ Dhyana Center ~

This is a pretty great place to source high quality and affordable essential oils. Off topic, but their breast cream is my all time favorite as well :)

*** Most hydrosols and sprays I have, I have found along my journey and travel at different little health / herbal shops, and from friends who make them. So I don't have many specific sources to share. Often you can find great sprays made by various small companies and local folks at magic or herbal shops. Even little boutique shops and co-op or natural food stores, and farmers markets are great places to look.
